BOB KOSHTI
As a distinguished Chief Engineer with over 25 years of experience in the nuclear, aerospace, defence and highly-skilled precision engineering industries. Bob has made significant contributions to the industry where he is best known for his leadership role as the leading engineer of the Airbus 320 Landing Integrated Control Units (LGCIU).
Bob also served as the Wing Signatory for the A380, with overall accountability for aircraft power systems, as well as the R&D of integrated Hydrogen systems.
Bob’s expertise and contributions have made him a renowned figure in the aerospace and associated industries. He will be leading all technical aspects of Future / Hydro Tech One, especially with Precision Engineering, Hydrogen developments and higher-level DOA/POA certification.

Hanif Saddiq
Hanif Saddiq is an innovative entrepreneur and creative thought-leader, with a strong passion for building businesses, brands, and cultures. Relentlessly dedicated to every project, Hanif excels in developing growth strategies from start-up to launch.
His energy and vision are key drivers in pushing boundaries at every level. Initially starting in brand development and publishing, Hanif has since led precision engineering and manufacturing ventures across sectors such as automotive, aerospace, medical, energy, marine, and defence.
In addition to his focus on hydrogen technologies, Hanif is pioneering artificial intelligence applications to streamline workflow and development processes, further enhancing industry capabilities.

Andreas Costa
Andreas is a highly-regarded professional, celebrated for his engineering prowess and exceptional project management abilities, exemplified by his ‘Airbus Award of Excellence’ accolade. With a rich history in aerospace, he boasts an impressive track record of successfully steering complex projects from inception to completion. His specialised knowledge extends to pioneering cutting-edge hydrogen propulsion systems, encompassing fuel cell, electric motor, and H2 technologies, positioning him at the forefront of innovation in the field. At the helm of a Category A project management office for the UK Ministry of Defence, Andreas has expertly directed colossal ventures, frequently exceeding the £400 million mark. His remarkable leadership, coupled with his high-level project management skills, underlines his commitment to achieving excellence in every endeavour.

JEFFREY CHEETHAM
Jeff is a proven leader with extensive experience in domestic and international markets and deep sector knowledge in Aerospace and Defence. With nearly 40 years at BAE Systems, he held Director-level positions across civil and military markets, primarily in Programme Delivery.
Since December 2019, Jeffrey has provided management consultancy and serves as a Non-Executive Director for Gardner Aerospace and the North West Aerospace Alliance (NWAA).
His specialties include Programme and Project Management, Industrial Capability and Offset, Strategy Development and Implementation, Business Transformation, Business Development, Business Winning to support growth targets, Interim Management, and Independent Project Reviews.

JOHN KELLY
John is a multi-talented Materials and Processes Engineer with over 30 years of metallurgical and welding experience across Europe, North America, and the Middle East, with half of this time dedicated to the high-technology discipline of Aerospace Engineering.
He has been heavily involved in process development and testing within the aerospace sector, including the process and design review of various components and processes.
John’s remarkable leadership abilities, coupled with his high-level project management skills, underscore his commitment to excellence in every endeavour. His extensive expertise and dedication make him a standout professional, consistently achieving outstanding results in the field.
ELECTRO-MECHANICAL LEAD
STEVE PUDDLEFOOT
Steve began his career as an Electronic Apprentice in military R&D Electronics, progressing to oversee overseas trials and the development of the first undetectable high-level Frequency Hopping Communications.
He then moved into developing military Microwave Field Communications and contributed to the creation of the first military drone. Additionally, Steve has served as a Lecturer at North Herts College, teaching Microwave Technology, Micro-electronics, and Mathematics.
His research at Hurst Research Institute focused on space applications for semi-precious crystal technology. At Airbus R&D in Filton, he worked on electronic and photonic applications for passenger aircraft, and at Airbus Military in Seville, he developed classified Microwave and Photonic Systems for the A400M transport aircraft.
